Job Scope (but not limited to):
1. To drive website traffic, social media presence, and user acquisition.
2. To implement and execute marketing programs by working with the product and design team to create acquisition and retention campaigns.
3. To own the funnel and set up the tracking tools to follow the performance of campaigns and acquisition channels.
4. To work closely with the product and design team to develop marketing campaigns and growth strategies.
5. To be the subject matter expert on user acquisition and growth for the product, and work closely with the product team to understand the business needs through data analysis.
6. To create and maintain a strong working relationship with the marketing and technical team to ensure data accuracy.
7. To collaborate with the product team to redesign the marketing funnel, and measure campaign performance to improve acquisition.
8. To assist in developing the annual marketing plan and partner with the marketing team to execute the plan.
9. To develop the marketing processes and create a success framework for the team, and work with the team to execute the plans.
10. Create marketing content and manage the content calendar.
11. To participate in team meetings, events, and workshops.
12. To report on marketing activities and provide weekly and monthly reports.
13. To work closely with the design team to create marketing assets.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia
2. Have access to a functional laptop and familiar with doing work on the laptop
3. Have access to an internet connection
4. Have a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Have a minimum of 1 year of related experience in a marketing role
6. Have experience in using marketing automation tools.
7. Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
8. Able to communicate responsively
9. Able to work independently
10. Able to work in a team
11. Able to work under pressure
12. Have strong critical thinking skills
13. Be highly organized
14. Be comfortable in taking initiative and being accountable for your work
15. Be able to come up with new and innovative ideas
16. Have strong attention to detail
17. Have a strong passion for digital marketing
18. Be familiar with the Indonesian education market
